Ron Stokes

This is me working X-Box on May 2, 2010.

Molly, X-Box is an outstanding male worthy of consideration for anyone interested in improving working ability and conformation. I can't speak to his or any other dog's history at the big shows you mentioned, but I can say from personal experience that X-Box comes fast, can take pressure and hard stick hits, the grip is full, calm, and hard, he is very clear. Charlie has done an excellent job with X-Box.

I worked a 7 month old male out of X-Box the same day and would have bought him on the spot if I had room in my kennel, big drive, full calm bite, super temperament.  I have worked an 11 month old female out of X-Box and Faye vom Kirschental and can assure you this is a top female with hardness for work and looks for show.

BTW, I am a long time working dog guy (working line shepherds and a malinois)...  I now have a young male out of Jimmy von Arminius 2000 (owned by Jeff Lund in Kentucky) and Faye vom Kirschental (owned by Julie Richards-Mostosky) that is an excellent working and show prospect.  Jimmy throws great working ability, I've worked several dogs out of him and can recommend him also.  Feel free to contact me anytime.

By shy I mean that when we attempted protection with her, she would not engage the helper. She wouldnt bark at him or go after the sleeve at all. Which was very surprising because she always went after the tug like a demon when I played with her at home. The helper told me she was shy/timid(I took her two different places, same things)but had excellent prey drive. When I first got her she would move away from people she didnt know if they tried to pet her. (shes grown out of this) She has a very stable temperment just is definitely more flight than fight.

And this is Ork:

Thanks for sharing the video of Ork - nice dog.  I would like the guarding to be stronger, but certainly can't say anything negative about the overall gripwork.  Nice dog, now on my <very> short list of show-line dogs to consider for breeding.

Correction about Gittano...

Thnks Judy for your opinion about my dog. Correct is 5 time VA1 instead 4 time. We have wrong text on US Gittano Site about 4 times and we will set right to five.

He was Sieger/First place on National Sieger shows in 5 different countries: Republic of Austria, Republic of Slovenia, Republic of Croatia, Republic of Serbia and Republic of Bosnia. Gittano also take VA5 USA.  If you are in Northern Illinois, you should seriously consider Santo von der Neuen Welt--5 times Regional Conformation Champion. Santo has it all. He is a powerful, medium sized dog with excellent conformation, a lot of pigment, a good mask, correct angulation. Recommended by Rudiger Mai for improving the medium size of dogs, firming backs and strengthening muscles

And, if you are looking for drive, look no further---98 points in protection under a SV judge who taught at the West phalian Police Academy for 30 years. Those who have his puppies will confirm that they are high drive dogs and excellent for schutzhund. And, of course, he brings first rate conformation which can be seen in progeny such as his daughter Heska von der Neuen Welt, SchH3, KKL1 and 2009 Regional Conformation Siegerin.

You can read Santo's Koer report on this database and watch a video of his protection work at the 2007 NASS as well as other videos of his protection work at this site  http://www.chicagoschutzhund.com/at-stud.htm

I'll add to Klossbruhe's post. Santo brings alternative lines, and having trained several of his progeny (from several bitches) myself they all alligators on a tug with great work ethic and strong character. Santo's mother Xenia is a great producer of strong temperment, another litter of hers produced the working police K9 Bravo, Des Plaines, IL.

When I bred to Santo a notable improvement he brought to my female was dryness, firmer elbows, and correct medium size. One pup was AKC tracking certified at six months and as I recall got her TD at barely a year, is now VCD1. I recently got back my other favorite female from that litter (V, SchH1, KKL1) and she wants to go go go, all the time.

IMO the database photo does him no justice. You have to meet him to appreciate him.
