OK.....I saw this one at a Petsmart "training" class..........
....Lil dog starts whining, flipping around, eyes bugging out of face and starts to pee......all this anxiety because a stranger approached it........The TRAINER tells the owner of the tiny "whack-a'doodle"....just keep "petting her & telling her that there's nothing to be afraid of", tell her that she's a good girl!!.......
WONDERFUL! PRAISE & REINFORCE poor temperament or behavior.
