I always suggest "reading between the lines". Indeed, things do not add up here. Is it possible that a specific individual is harassing the poster? It is possible. However, IF the poster is telling the truth and there is nothing left out, and they don't have some prior relationship or reason to come after the OP, then this is a situation that should be easily stopped by filing a complaint against the officer with the officer's boss AND the court. I suspect that there is much more here than meets the eye. In the end, hopefully the OP will prove his case by posting some document that shows the entire case has been dismissed. And why post this here anyway?
