How sad.. I just joined this forum and this is the first thread I have read on it. Hopefully, the trend towards friendly productive discussion continues

Welcome Char G:

You have to forgive some of the regulars on occasion they put on a pretty good version of the Jerry Springer show, But for the most part there is good info here to be had.

Okay, guys.  Here Yelli is again.  No other girlie photos.  Duke, are you a youngster?.....for Yelli is a cougar!!  Almost, 10 yrs. old.  She does look like one of those girls on the corner, by the fire hydrant!!  Are you looking for "curb service", Duke?

I use this photo on a congratulatory card to any dogs out of Yelli, when a title is achieved.  Which is quite a hoot to anyone who knows her.  As you can see, she couldn't care less.  Her pedigree may be viewed at www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/119935.html

Anyone else have a song to share?

In all honesty we don,t need a truce (all though over all we all did very well) We just need to remember that we are all different and we all have a differing opinions and values and to be respctful of each others opinions I may not agree with you but if I try I should be able to voice my opinion with out the Jerry Springeresq rants which we all seem to get caught up in from time to time. If the topic doesnt look Dog related then don,t open it or if you did and didnt like it don,t post to it that will also stop alot of bickering.

I do get tired of hearing how terrible it has become, well to tell the truth there are a lot of good people and information flowing thru this site. In all honesty how many threads can one be intrested in about the "genetic mechanics of the breed and the influnce of presnt day sport trainings effect on it" Hey that actually sounds good!!!!

We have all made friends here and spoken up for friends here some right wing some left, all we really need to do is remember the one thing that sholud pull us all together is the love and joy we get from our dogs... when it comes down to it I think the biggest majority of us have even more then that in common.

Her Here I could not have said it better myself! Unfortunately when we fail to take action on things that tend to cause the destruction of our GSD it will eventually become nonexistant! Right now we have a person who is drifting along the highway who has posted some very good advice on dogs! So lets all show just how human we are by helping her get to the land of oz! the ruby red slippers are not working and it is up to all us GSD owners to do something to help!
