President Andrew Jackson, the only one of our presidents whose administration totally abolished the National Debt, condemned the international bankers as a "den of vipers" which he was determined to "rout out" of the fabric of American life.
Jackson claimed that if only the American people understood how these vipers operated on the American scene "there would a revolution before morning."

Congressman Louis T. McFadden who, for more than ten years, served as chairman of the Banking and Currency Committee, stated that the international bankers are a "dark crew of financial pirates who would cut a man's throat to get a dollar out of his pocket... They prey upon the people of these United States."

John F. Hylan, then mayor of New York, said in 1911 that "the real menace of our republic is the invisible government which, like a giant octopus, sprawls its slimy length over our city, state and nation. At the head is a small group of banking houses, generally referred to as 'international bankers.'"

Well, I guess you could call them racists. The only color that matters to them is GREEN!!!!

Just a few facts..........

Explorers to America brought sicknesses that the natives couldn't handle.....small pox wiped........... out the vast majority of the native peoples in the new word.  When America was discovered people didn't know about "germs".

Native Americans fought each other.

Native Americans chose sides - England, France, American, etc........and fought the many wars.

American Presidents encouraged our races "mixing" and even proposed cash incentives for interracial marriages.

Sickness and war doesn't constitute genocide............




Slavery was an "accepted institution" many, many thousands of years. America took a lead in putting an end to it.

America imported only 3% of the 1.2 million slaves, most went .....Chile, Brazil, and others....

Saudi Arabia outlawed slavery in 1962........Other countries did so later....

In some northern states, the law had it that white slaves (indentured servants)  were to be set free after 7 years and black slaves after 10 years of service.

In the civil war, black men fought on both sides with 8,000 fought for the south.

Freed black men owned black slaves......In New Orleans, more black men owned slaves then white man - per capita......

i think the whole point is to remember the sins and failures of our past and do our damndest NOT to repeat them. my great great gramma was full cherokee and she married a virginia man whose family had owned slaves. a number of NAs also owned slaves. there were "europeans" who fought very hard against slavery from it's beginning here in the usa , south america and the caribbean to its end. history, whether societal or personal is full of strange little details, not always "black and white". i think it's kinda weird to be proud of your ethnicity-it's one thing to be proud of your own accomplishments, but why be proud of something you had no control over? and we're all the same race (human).

Awww!!! Why let facts get in the way of blind hatred?   Have the Dutch and Portuguese apologized for STARTING the slave trade?   Which African tribes have apologized for clubbing their countrymen in the head and dragging them to the coast to be sold?  Anyone?  Ohhhhh yeah, it's alllllll the American white guy responsible! (Even before there WAS an America)  At least, that's what the baiters and haters would have everyone believe.


Oh and BTW, what about the massive amounts of slavery going on NOW, TODAY? 

Its not Just blacks who were sold as Slaves, Hundreds of Thousands of Irish were also sold as Slaves BY The English-Proclamation of 1625.
Other groups as well ie 66 Million Russian Christians Genocided, Iraquis, Palestinians, American Indians, Asian Indians at the hands of the English, Vietnamese, Japanese interned here and put into Concentration 'Internment'  Camps, German residents carpet bombed in Hamburg & Dresden, Japnese civlians in Nogosaki & Hiroshima and so on.

Ive not yet heard anyone mention the Jewish invovlement in controlling the Slave Trade.
Slave auctions were cancelled if they fell on a Jewish holiday. All of the Ships and shipping manifests evidence the Jewish control of the trade. Neither here or there you might say. So be it.

'Reparations are not solely, or even mostly, about race.
Reparations are about giving back to those who have been wronged in order to make them whole again. American citizens as a whole have been wronged by the policies of the Bush Administration & Now Obama Administration.

Our sons and daughters were tricked into war.
Our financial industry was deregulated.
Our civil liberties were trampled.
'Enemies' & innocent citizens were tortured in our name.
So yes, Americans, all Americans, are due reparations.
We have been wronged by our government. When the government helps to right those wrongs by reinforcing the social safety net it is a kind of reparation, the best kind.'

So, my fellow Americans, there is really nothing to feel guilty about concerning slavery and it is time to quit apologizing for something others are responsible for.  Besides, approximately 600 thousand White soldiers died in the American Civil War.  Have you ever heard of Blacks paying homage to or thanking these men?

Yes today,
Things may look different but they remain the same.
Depends on whose eyes you are looking through, whose words you read, and what you believe to be the truth.
Truth is not an absolute.
