I climb over guns to get into bed at night... we are properly armed. Our 13 year old daughter shoots skeet and does well with a handgun too, hubby is a gunsmith and a competition shooter. Happy belated PATRIOTS DAY!!

Youre My kind of woman Shannan. Bless you!  Lucky Husband you have..and what great skills he must have as a gunsmith.

I find myself carrying in my house now, I feel naked without my guns.  They just sort of grow on you and become part of your attire!

Color coordinate dont you know..what woman wouldnt look great with a Lady Smith?   Sexy.

A bit of OT humor:

Survivor, Texan style:

Participants will drive across Texas from Louisiana to New Mexico in pink Cadillacs, bearing bumper stickers that read: "I'm gay, I'm an atheist, I voted for [insert unpopular liberal politician's name] and I'm here to take away all your guns.

First participant to escape into New Mexico alive will be declared the winner...

LOL, Uglydog... Personally I like to tick rounds off on the AK but I have a Karr 9mm. I like it. My hubby NEVER goes without carrying, Just our way, don't think anything about it. His favorite is a Kimber 1911. He has a 50 cal. beltfed waiting to be put together... LOL I always say "what next?".  We just bought a daisy .22 for our six year old son... he likes the range too as do our GSDS. I wish I could post pictures for U but, no luck tonight...    :)

AKs are great. Russian Factory (Saiga) are awesome.  I love Guns that go BANG, every time.  Ive never been a big AR  ADMIRER, Im just not that fond of always cleaning  & babying my guns.

Glocks, Sigs, HKs, Makarovs,  BHPs,  Revovlers, AKs, SKS, Nagant, Mauser, Enfields are so practical. I love em.

Here is a photo (not mine)  of my last project, a Mil Surp  German Police Sig P6 that had custom Chrome work, Feed Ramp work , Pachmayer Grips, Night Sights and Springs changed out.  A Beauty and Dead Reliable.  Turned out really nice imo.

That is such a fantastic picture! nbspSo, so cool...and it would scare the living crap out of me to stand there like that. nbspI would love to be such a badass. nbspMy husband has jumped out of planes and rappelled out of helicopters and it didn't faze him. nbspI'd be dead, because I'd faint right off that chopper. nbsp

Bob M., some day I would love to write a book on just what you are talking about.  After working with fellons for most of my adult career, I can say that the breakdown in the family is the root of where it starts.  After that, lack of accountability, excuses, blaming everyone else for my childs failures, and the list goes on and on.  Take discipline out of schools and parents refusing to get off their butt and take responsability for their little darlings, and wallah, I have job security.  Our country has become the land of excuses and the youth today are as good at manipulating to get what they want and avoid consequences as any in the world.  I will not give up my rights to bare arms, not as long as there are millions of bad guys out there with more and bigger guns than me.   I will always have dogs that have a civil side to them as well.  I like to keep the odds in my favor as best I can.   We can thank our Attorneys and Pyschiatrists for much of this nonsense.
