"Handler" aggression doesn't come hereditarily prepackaged. There are temperament characteristics that can help enable that type of aggression, if stimulated and nurtured, either purposely or unwittingly if not properly confronted in their initial stage with behavior modification. No line should be labeled as "handler" aggressive, and no science can support such a claim. And if it could, there would be no fight against the rising wave of BSL. It would perhaps be best to inquire as to which lines are better known for their "biddable" temperament, if you wish to avoid any possibility of contending with handler aggression. That would probably help make the most of your schutzhund experience, provided there is sufficient aggression.
