its rainy here too, damned snow flurries this morning.

Just an observation..

The part of the GSD I know is schutzhund.. I watched a gentleman who had shown at the WUSV multiple times give an explanation of how to train an exercise anlong with the whys and why nots of doing it.  It was really a pretty good explanation.  The only problem it that several people who admitted in ttheir posts having limited knowledge of the sport disagreed with him.  I think some of the dissenters have not even titled a dog before.  The knowledgable guy had one well written post... the less knowlegable had multiple posts over a several day period where the topic strayed away completly from what the original posters question was.

The problem is that for some of the serious trainers don't talk about outside stuff when they are training and  probably wont do it here either.  they would probably rather train than just talk about it.   It 's not that some are being condescending  but when they have people who seek out their knowlege and they can explaain things at their leasure and  work with their dogs  they will probably choose to do so.  They would rather show their knowledge with  a dog than to try to explain it with a computer..

I think I must have missed a few things here while I was out in the beuatiful weekend weather
... training dogs!
With our trial coming up in about a month I will be less visible on the 'net, motivated to get out and train a lot. (read: horrified at the prospect of looking an idiot come event days! ;-)

The guy is lunatic, there is lots of them out there. US Gov is not perfect but it's holding its own. Hey with the new President I start to like it for the first time. Well it's not like I didn't like it before, but lets say I didn't support it as much before as I do now. ;) Surre is corrupt but than all gov are corrupt, and its not the goverment but the people ;)

UglyDog clearly knows the US Constitution .. so yes, I agree with UglyDog on Politics. Now Religion we are foes ... serious foes, he knows this, I know this. I protest everything.  LOL
