 I never said that you personally wrote something libel. Some of the other post could be consider that. I was asking for verification of the information presented. If this is important, why not answer even if you think that it has been answered before. I hope that the weather improves for you.

If you want to email me privately and tell me who you are and what your interest is in this, I will be happy to provide details, photos, names etc. Bottom line is that authorities there knew and did nothing. People knew and did nothing. Other people than the perpetrator saw these dogs and said nothing. A USA judge saw one of the dogs at a trial and did say something about the poor condition of the emaciated dog and the owners who were there removed the dog from the person in question custody. This is and was NEVER about simply saying bad things about someone. This is and was about someone who should be banned from organizations and not allowed to have dogs because he lacks the sense to know how to properly care for them and could apparently care less. He lied, he cheated people and his time is coming. The reason it has not come before hand is because, as you well know, your state has poor and unenforced animal welfare regulations and in the area in question, there were ulterior motives on both the part of the police that knew and animal control officers who were also advised of what when on. 

Now, if you have a serious and legit interest in this, other than simply to stick up for someone who did unconscionable things, then say so.  And no, there is no libel or slander here. People ruin their own reputations and this mans reputation is ruined forver with anyone familiar with these incidents BECAUSE OF HIS ACTIONS.

If anyone has any doubts about the validity of the statements in this thread, please contact me privately and I will share my story with you.  Photos and vet records will be provided if requested.  After a long and trusting relationship with Ray Jeffers, sadly my mind was changed after traveling 3000 miles to recover my young dog that was nearly killed through neglect. Unfortunately mine was not an isolated case . . .
