Has anyone dealt with this kennel??? - Page 5

SKI, like I said, Sue Ann (the person who sent me the picture) did not tell me not to pass it on or it was copyrighted. So there is a problem, everyone thinks that Hena-C kennels stold the picture but I gave it to her thinking there was no problem untill Sue Ann wanted clame to fame. Now if she had told me to put the name of the dog on the web site at the time she sent it to me I would have and then passed that information on but she said nothing to me. 

Plus, no one put their name on any photo,  so no shame on me or Pam.

The code i use when someone right clicks, say's   "Copyrighted and then the name of the kennel"

This is nutty!  It was a dog from my breeding.  I OFA'd him, did the preliminary training, found the placement...etc.  People taking the photo distributing it at will, are the ones using the photo as a false "claim to fame."  I shake my head in disbelief that somehow you are trying to make out like I'm the one who is wrong here.  Some pretty serious kennel blindness going on, but not in it's usual fashion. 

Pam in a private email, besides using foul language and making threats did say she would remove the photo from her site.   Although she doesn't agree about the photo, I trust her at her word she's taking it down.  I have no reason to disbelieve her.  What I do know about her on a personal level leads me to the conclusion she's honorable with her word.

I'm sure you'll come up with more nonsense Peggy, I just don't have the energy to entertain your mindset any longer.  You're free to continue with this on your own.

You'r right Sue Ann the pissing contest is over, so you go back doing what you you do best. And thank God I no longer have to deal with you, ..........no more said.

Oh, thanks for freeing me up, I didnt know my hands were tied, now I can breath easy.......
