We have one client who has a Greyhound who is pretty bad too.

The dog has a giant litter box (sandbox) to go to the bathroom in.  I'm not kidding!

The dog comes in once a month for a check up/nail trim. If it's raining or snowing or too cold, Beauty does not go out.  When she arrives, if Beauty doesn't want to get out of the car, Beauty doesn't come in.  Though I think that I've fixed that problem, "chased" her butt out of the car one day.  So, as soon as she see's me she gets out of the car.  Because she doesn't let the dog walk around a bit before she brings her in.  Beauty would love to do so mind you!  She procedes to take a big dump as soon as she walks in the door!

Now, for my favorite part.  Get this, when her owner leaves she HAS to drive around for sometimes 4 hours because Beauty will not get out of the car.

She's one, that if anything happens to her, I'm moving out of state!

Dr Phil also espouses  men are the "head of the household".   welcome back to the 1950s (yuck)

Well, he's ALMOST right.  We let some of them THINK they are the head of the household, don't we? I know mine could never face himself in the mirror if he learned the truth.

The 50's connotation of "head of household" implied above is not what Dr. Phil is about.  And yes, all smart women must learn the finesse of keeping their mens' ego's intact. It's a full-time job!

Watching Dr. Phil was a guilty pleasure of mine, and my DH hates him so much he won't say his name but calls him Dr. Mike. I don't get to watch anymore because they changed the time slot and I am probably the last person left who doesn't have TiVo.

It just so happens that Dr. Phil was on the cover of a magazine at the grocery store checkout today.

I took a good long look at him and still a big NO!

My husband and my male friends are responsible for the care of their own egos, they are not fragile, nor are they so insecure as to need some kind of special handling by the opposite sex.
