so people close to the situation are asking for everyone to hold onto their theories until the final report comes back, then the founder of a website dedicated to the situation comes on and claims there was meth found in the tox report that nobody can read?

I'm pretty sure that there is truth behind Jeffs statement or he would not have made it.

Truth?
We've been told wait for the Official Necropsy and don't speculate. Then Jeff G releases a partial report that "methampheramine" was found, with NO details on where it was found in the body or in what concentrations?
I understand Jeff G is a Pharmacist? He would realise that Meth is found in scores of other drugs. Why release
this part of the report now? Don't speculate? Really.....Marsha A is talking about Meth Users and Molly is
talking about dog fighters who she thinks use Meth to make dogs aggressive and or that Meth is used to
kill dogs.
Make up your minds for petes sake
Speculate or NOT
Wait till all the reports are in or NOT
You can't have it both ways

Let us not forget that this was a great representative of the German Shepherd breed that had his inner flame extinguished too early in life."
I would hope the final report is released as soon as it is completed and not when the family thinks "the time is right" I still question why only one aspect (the presence of meth) of the tox report(s) has been released?

Maybe thats the only part that was finished, maybe thats all Jeff wanted to release and not give any more details because this case is still under investigation with Mr. Barton. Maybe thats all he was allowed to release under the instruction / direction of the PI and Attorney.

Who better to decide what to release when then the family?
by zdog on 16 December 2011 - 17:12
and who knows what to release or when better than those trying to write the story. we can play this out a thousand ways.
Either release it, or be quiet. Hold onto your theories? or let them all hang out?
How can you tell someone to shut up, and then say it's ok to say a tox report that I can't just go read, says meth was found, and then not give any more details? Give them, or keep them under wraps till it's finished.
When you only give partials, with a "you're going to have to trust me on this one" type proposal, don't be surprised when people start to fill in the gaps with things you don't like to read or hear.
if you don't want the gaps being filled, give the details. If you have none to give, I think the best thing to do is say nothing till you do.

Thomas,
You wrote: "He would realise that Meth is found in scores of other drugs. "
What scores of other drugs is Meth found in? Are you possibly referring to Ephedrine, a component in the manufacture of Meth? Because the only drugs I know Meth to be found in is............ Meth.
Let's be somewhat accurate if we are going to constantly scrutinize, analyze and criticize. I would say the only thing we are certain of is a great GSD has died a horibble and untimely death. Why not wait until all of the facts or details are released before adding more speculation?
