Thomas, you keep spinning the facts to suit your obsessed ideas about what "must have" happened IN YOUR OPINION!!!!

Al said he saw a white or light-colored van pulling away near his home.  He did not say the van was parked, stopped, or that he saw the dog being put into it.  Those were YOUR words you used to spin the facts.

Many people have told you they searched the area and the ditches.  You choose to ignore them and keep spinning the facts to suit your - agenda?  What agenda would that be Thomas?

And the "outline" of the dog proving decomposition - where did you read that Thomas?  The area was "darker" - in the bottom of a drainage ditch where grass is not mowed and which probably was blackened and rotton to begin with.  Did anyone actually test the area for evidence, or did they just state what they saw - the area appeared darker.  No "outline" Thomas - again those are your words.

I'm interested in the facts only.  I'm not interested in DRAMA and spinning false information for attention and argument, which is why you were moderated on Grassroots and the topic was closed.  You would not shut up about it even when asked, then told to stop.  And if you start again there, I will moderate you once again, promise.

ps check out the topic name here, and elsewhere.  I would like to change the facebook page's name but can't - not after 250 members so the name is stuck.

There are 1400 members of that facebook group, all of whom are on there because they believe the dog was stolen or something sinister happened to him - but not one of those 1400 members is talking about this case and spinning facts like you are.  Why is that Thomas?

Name ONE of the MANY people who searched the area and ONE that will state they looked exactly where the body was found and that he wasn't there a week earlier.

I think the PMs I am receiving have some truth to them and this appears to be very political and not really about debunking or differing opinions, but more about some personal grudge or issue. Sad.

BTW, don't bother answering as I have made up my mind by your stonewalling my questions.

And please from this point forward--STAY ON TOPIC. I do wonder about you linking to Steve Leighs site and the can of worms that opens.

"Victoria", please explain why I need to give it a rest. I haven't really said anything other than my opinion, and I've held that back. I've been a member here for quite a few years. Maybe you have too, but your screen name just joined in November and you seem to live on this thread. Please explain what I have done wrong. What, because i state that I am probably closer to Thomas than the conspiracy theories? Well, golly gee, Victoria. I can only go by what is reported.

Upon "legal" advice due to the continueing investigation  those "in the know"   "those who searched"  "those who were there to load HEX for his trip to the U of I" - have been cautioned about posting on these sites.  

I don't think this is any of your business Thomas - Aren't you the one whose club application didn't get processed prior to the Regional election and prior to the Region being split into other Regions==??????

Could this be the "WHY" of Thomas' agenda?  Why his nose is sniffing all over HEX?  Didn't you quit USCA because of all that happened back then??? - or are you still a member?

Your information about me and my old club is as accurate as your "first hand information" about the
Hex situation. Hex was hit by a truck the day he went missing andl laid in the ditch for two weeks before he was found by someone looking for cans along the road..

If that's what happened Thomas I can't see how the final reports won't support your theory.  And yes it is still a theory no matter how loud you yell it or how many times you repeat it.

OUt of curioiosity since you have brought up members posting on other topics have you?  I know you joined a while back but did you post?

I have read the INCOMPLETE report posted on Grassroots and you have stretched the truth, twisted it and turned it until it suits your agenda.  Which is WHAT may we ask?  oh, others have already asked.   Sounds like you may have a vested interest in the outcome. 
It shows you to have 51 posts in a little over 2 yrs of which over 40 of them are on the topic of HEX and other personal business pertaining to his owner.  An observation which others have noticed prior to myself.  If you were to be on the the outside looking in - would you see a red flag?

FYI : I drive a white van and so does my wife and as a  matter of fact we have 3 white vans. (?)
