Malware? - Page 4

This is happening on my iPad. I don't see a way to fix this on that malware site. I'm not very computery either.

Greyhound, try downloading trend micro antivirus and setting parental controls to block the website.

I get the same thing as Reliya. Only on the tablet and we use Google.

There are lots of ads by Google on this site while I have not gotten pop-up ads. Be careful of what you click on. This guide could help you prevent and remove malware.

The pop-ups etc. have been frustrating to deal with for YEARS, and why I rarely visit. Let's make the pedigree database great again.

We would have to charge users if we did away with ads. There is no other choice because the cost of running the site isn't cheap. BTW, whether anyone believes me or not I do not get pop up ads here. Most browsers block pop up ads. Most of all the above complaints are not the problem of pedigree database. There are steps that can be taken to remove re-directing adware/spyware/malware but none of these problems originate from pedigree database and are instead gotten from other sites, toolbars and apps. I will not mention names but at least one member has removed things from their computer that were causing the re-directs. If you are being re-directed from this site, it is because you are infected with something. I have never been re-directed from this site and I have used this site a lot over the years so you would think I would have gotten at least one re-direct but nope, never.

Probably a good thing and a lesson learned to not click strange text links from new users. This is how people end up with crap on their computers.
