I actually agree with GDS ( I know I know!) that this pharmacist had no right to 'guess' as to why someone ordered a certain drug, she was out of line in this instance IMHO.
vk, your last sentence makes no sense. That is NOT what is going to end our freedoms, they are being taken away by the minute, you're just asleep at the wheel and haven't noticed.
This two minute clip is worth watching, as this man sums up what holds democracy together and makes it work, and why religious freedom is fundamental to a democratic society.

And so it continues. Pretty soon, they'll be making it against the law to miss church.

Ruger, so her conscience is ok with getting paid by a business that stocks "abortion" pills? How hypocritical! It's a chance to moralize and force her beliefs on others, if she really was that against the customer getting her medication because it caused abortion (in the pharmacist's mind), then she should not work there and get paid by a business that stocks those types of pills.......

not sure if this makes sense but religous freedom encompasses freedom from religion as well and the freedom not to have other people impose their religion on others?
from the outside looking in it appears to me the religous freedom concept has been hijacked by the bible belt to mean freedom to enforce one narrow brand of xianity on to everyone else thru the legal system??

Mindhunt ~ just saw you question above. I can't answer for the pharmacist conscience. My point is only that I will not go against my conscience and don't expect other to either ~
Gsd~ uh'hm I know a lot of Christians and none of them would support the woman in the article you posted. Not because they approve of homosexuality but because it is futile to waste effort seeking to apply a biblical standard of conduct to those who do not hold to a biblical belief system~ There are extremist in every group ~

But what if?
Shh, don't tell anyone but most of my family is Christian so while I do give grief to Christians especially the fake ones and the hypocrites, I still love all my Christian peeps.
