Thomas,if i can call you that ? Show me the money and i will bring you as many puppies you want.Tim is just a small fish in a big pond. With every comment you make you showing how disoriented and unkwnowledgeable you are in this subject.Simply you are not a German Shepherd man,you proved that with your lack of knolage in all the comments you posted. The worse about you is,you don't even want lessen and learn from all coments other people posted. Now you can whine as much you want.

Jerzy,
Everytime you post you just renforce what a whimmy crybaby you are. If there are so many puppies available in Germany ? Go buy a dozen and leave the rest of us alone. I'm interested in Working GSD's not the Showlines you deal with. I guess you need to buy three to get one good one ? :-) There are plenty of good working GSD's available right here in the USA, no need to deal with know it alls like you.

I edited both post from you two and that should be enough from both of you on the topic.
Go back and reread Mrdarcy's post to you about this topic.

As far as I was concerned the topic was over and done with. There was no reason to reopen it ? :-)

With ref to both Susie's post(s) and the TOPIC, I just want to point out
that in the UK dog breeders, by & large, do not yet go in for written
Contracts, as such ... but a breeder who takes a deposit on a puppy
sale would generally not expect to return that deposit, if they could or
would not supply the pup(s) in due course. Some might do so; they
might think that is an honorable thing to do, in circumstances where they
rejected the sale. But have you tried, for example,
leaving a deposit with a store, e.g. a jeweller's, and then getting it
returned if either YOU decide not to buy the item, or they cannot
for any reason supply it ? Deposits 'secure' the item, sure; but the
practice in trade of inanimate objects does not always allow you to
get one back - how much more does the trade in a live animal,
where anything can happen, mean you should always get it returned ?
Any Deposit is also assumed to cover incidental expenses incurred by
the seller in the run-up to the purchase - again more likely to be incurred
where we talk about puppies rather than furniture !
