The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is aware of the AR groups and organizations in Canada as well as USA. However, the main focus is on the protection of the meat, poultry and dairy industry. Dogs and horses are not on the priority list. Alberta and several other Canadian Provinces managed to control the AR groups and organizations, mainly to protect the meat, poultry and dairy industries. Registered dogs and horses do benefit from the effort in those provinces. In BC breeders of registered dogs have no protection. They have to fend for themselves. First advice is to never let an AR person onto your property, never place a dog into the hands of an AR because the dog will be used to gain access to other registered animals. How to recognize an AR? An AR does not keep an open book. Arguing with an AR leads to no results.

I am glad that Tracy Bullinger is NOT wasting her time on this board. Have you noticed that the most successful Kennels (Big and Smaller kennels) have no time for this nonsense, AND almost NEVER post on the PDB? They are TOO BUSY with other things, such as training and caring for their dogs! People such as 8isnotenough, and Stranger have no life, otherwise this harrassment would not be continuing! HAVE YOU CONTACTED BULLINGER SHEPHERDS 8isnotenough? STILL you follow Stranger and agree with him/her! Stranger is on of two things...a PETA person, or a STALKER! OLI....get these two people out of here, and block them!

8isnotenough, Since you started this badmouthing, I HOPE that NO BREEDER sells you ANYTHING in Canada, the USA, OR Europe! GO TO STRANGER! HAVE A GOOD DAY!

8isnotenough, You HAD NO INTENTION of contacting or purchasing a dog from Bullinger GSD'S. You goal was to start rumors, and heresay! WHICH NO ONE BELIEVES!! So...Did STRANGER put you up to this so that you can play off each other with your answers to each other? You say by that you have gotten YOUR INFORMATION about BREEDERS, KENNELS, SHOWING etc..by what you have read. So out of ALL THE BREEDERS, BULLINGER SHEPHERDS is your victim? You say you are on MATERNITY LEAVE..if you are so busy on the PDB, who is looking after your baby? Should people call the AUTHORITIES on you?

BABE, No one breeds to a higher standard or quality than Tracy Bullinger. She far exceeds anyone else in life and kennel accomplishments. He care for her dogs is impecable and that can be proven by watching her relationship with her many dogs at any given show. As well as observing the top condition her dogs are always in. Just open your eyes and look to find the truth. She is a great person that I am happy to know. Debby

I wish I-I-I had a meg-g-ab-u-ucks backer :((( But seriously folks... Tracy is one of the best, most consciencious (sp?) breeders on the continent. I used to watch her and her dogs at the first USA Sieger Show in Menlo Park back in ... was it '88? (My Alheimers is acting up again) and wishing I could breed as good a dogs as she does. By the time I got to KY for the '98 NASS my opinions hadn't changed and I strongly doubt they ever will. Why on earth anyone would want to bash someone as nice and kind and well thought of in general as Tracy Bullinger I cannot fathom. Gee. I can't wait till ya'll get started on me someday. Just a warning: I CRY easily... just break down and blubber like a 6 yr. old when people are mean to me. LOL

I will agree that Bullinger has done an outstanding job as a breeder. It is easy to jump on the bandwagon and criticize but unless you know for a fact and in most cases have seen it for yourselves we need to be careful what you say about other people. I have no problem with speaking up if it's the truth and not just gossip. You can do alot of harm with careless words. just my opinion...
