I tend to believe people who don't say dozens of call outs were made but then testify in court that at most only six call outs were made. I tend to believe people who don't say partner when all the available docs don't list him as being a partner.
I tend to believe that there was crap in this bust as no one only gets 10 years for killing a cop. That right there should tell you that it stunk to high heaven. Also, there was a complete review done of the department and procedures weren't followed.
I tend to believe that cops knew about the break in but did nothing. There is sworn testimony to back this. I tend to believe that the police fired a shot as there are pics that show a bullet hole but then that hole was suddenly filled in on some later pics.
I tend to believe the family that the city proceed to harass the family of the shooter.
I tend to believe the police chief saying that he couldn't believe the people of the area let them down with the verdict but don't worry we will still do our job, lmao.
