Well Mr. GSD not only are guns sold at gun shows they are also bought from private citizens at gun shows.

So you want someone pulling out a gun and placing it on a counter in a room full of adults and children thats loaded?

Why don't you attend one before becoming a voice against them? Then you would have some actual first hand knowledge instead of being a Monday morning quarterback.

Personal carry guns. So, are you saying Mr. Ninja181 that you can take your personal carry gun into a show loaded as long as you aren't selling it? No, I don't think you are I think you are side stepping the question with more deflection.

We get a lot of newbies, some shooting for the first time, most who have fired a shotgun before. The club offers an introduction class to the them stressing gun safety and I think that's a good thing. There are a few other trap/skeet/sporting clay clubs in FL and for the most part they are very consciencous when it comes to teaching and enforcing gun safety. If a newbie won't attend a class, they won't be able to shoot at most clubs.

IMO most people who want to own weapons would be very responsible if they had the opportunity to be taught the right way. Maybe in order to buy a weapon it might be a good idea to require that a first time buyer attends such a class? Do they or could they offer such classes at gun shows? dealers? shooting ranges? gun clubs?

I agree that you shouldn't have loaded guns at the gun show. period.

It's probably and insurance liabilty thing. It could be a local ordinance. They probably can't get permission to have the show unless they agree to not have loaded arms available.

Why don't you actually contact a gun show if you want to know why?

No you rather ask us and play God with the answers.

Gun shows are legal, how's that for YA? Does it bother you? Does it offend you? Does it cause you not to sleep at night?

lol, nope to all.

I just figured you gun folks could answer why you need to have an unloaded gun at a GUN show but can carry a loaded gun pretty much everywhere else. Must be that liability thing, lmao.

God, funny how my questions and comments can be portrayed by you but others, not so much, God, lol, oh give me a break.

GSD,
you check and unload your weapon anytime it changes hands for inspection or storage.
Of course you don't know that.

Moons.

What? Why can't you carry it in a gun show but can carry it in most other places? This makes no sense and now you are telling me it has to be stored? WTF? You can't carry in a gun show, lmfao.

This irony shit is awesome. lol.

I carry loaded everywhere I go, including places where it is banned, that's the beauty of concealed carry.
You don't understand what I wrote GSD?
How come, it's certainly simple enough to understand.
You take a weapon to a gun show to sell or trade and it will be changing hands.
