we used to buy expensive stuff from vitaminshop.com it works and taste great but since Costco started carrying big jar for 1/4 of the price of  $16.00 thats the only one we buy now. With 4 dogs and also us using it to cook with a jar lasts maybe 3 months.
Coats look great and also noticed their pads don't crack as much the only "side effect" their nails grow soooo fast, i have to trim them every 2-3 weeks  where before it was maybe twice a year.

PS..beetree...update on Beau on your old thread? Miss seeing the little bugger...

You know what? I think I can tell a difference in the coat already!  My oldest boy agrees with me. I thought the winter cold might be causing some dryness and flakes. Both dogs' coats are looking and feeling great. I have now become a coconut oil believer!

Have to work on the cat still.... he doesn't care to lick it off the spoon like the dogs do. They'll even lick the same spoon, at the same time, trying to get it all. lol

My dogs' coats are showing some improvement as well.
