RedS: I see what you are looking at, it looks like it could be a folded ear.... or some strange background structure, if the angle of the shot IS hiding the other ear behind the standing ear. The only thing I can add is, if it is a folded ear, then would it be red like the back of the other ear? Or is the standing ear tinged with black hairs? I just can't say 100 percent for sure...... You can actually see the blurry-ness where the "bump" in the nose comes into play, could be vegetation and not a bump!
The people are unequivically not the same!
Still, without the willingness of the seller to provide more info instead of less, then that just invites people to fill in the blanks....with all sorts of ideas.
