Yes, she keeps me on my toes but i let her do it as it helps keep her happy and of course it is a game to her, but then she is in her own back garden and that is a play area not a working area

Okay, so we're talking AMERICAN showline here (just checked the pedigree). For an American dog, she has really good conformation. I've read the other comments, and yes, her head is narrow by German standards, but not by American. As long as she's keen on the work, and has good grips, I woudn't worry about it. It looks nice and feminie, and, unlike many American dogs, it's not snipey, roman-nosed or unbalanced (muzzle longer than the head.) She's got tall ears, but she's still growing, and they look to have a nice set, and stand up nicely.
I see what others are saying about that dip in the back. My male has that, too, but it's JUST FUR! It's the bottom of his mane, and when I put his service dog vest on him, it comes just at the wrong spot to ruffle the fur even more. However, can't be sure from a picture if that's the case with Echo or not.
Her colour is good, in my eyes. You want to see faded pigment, take a look at my German/American bitch, Star of Hope. You can't expect red background pigment in an American line dog. It's just not in the genes, and despite what some SV judges seem to think, I've yet to see anywhere in ANY standard that a GSD has to have RED pigment to be correct.
I think her overall build is good, and she's not extreme in any way. Her shoulder is very nice for an America line. It's very rare to see a shoulder and upper arm that's not steep with them. I can't think of a single fault, other than she is standing east-west, and that could just be the picture. Let's hope it is, and that her front end will turn out okay once she's mature.
Someone said they would like to see more of a turn of stifle, but personally I think that if her hind leg were pulled back a little more, as it would be if she were placed in a stack, the stifle would looks just FINE. And after seeing SO many American dogs with excessively long stifles, I AM NOT going to complain!!!
Have fun with her!

There is a slight dip to her back, you can feel it when you run your hand down her spine. My husband saw that when she was very young and thought she had a roached back. I've shown him some good (bad) examples of a roached back and after so many nice comments about her back in general I think he understands she is not roached.
As for the east-west feet...she does that sometimes but not always. Sometimes it's much worse. I hope it goes away but either way, she's my girl and I love her. She has good strong hind legs, no cowhocks or hock walking either.
Her color is black & tan and the flash kinda faded her out. She's not quite this light but for sure no red.
Her head is narrow compared to the German lines but as she matures I've noticed her muzzle filling out well. She has a good strong bite and loves the protection work.

It sure is no good having a dog for that which has perfect comformation But lacks the drive and keenness to work then again its okay for the show ring but not on the work field, I think your Dog is a willing little girl who has not finished growing yet and is doing okay for her age and experience

I felt like smacking the Guy in the Van but my brother stepped in between me and the Guy, however i would have been wrong to do so as i think he was a bit shaken by it
I went cold to think what might be if the dog trailer had been on the back, two dead dogs i expect for he pushed us 5 yards through the lights

I hope you and your brother don't have any lingering problems with your backs or necks from this. So sorry to hear of this bad bit of news. Sending good wishes & hugs to you.
