Of course Red Sable, I would never base my life decisions on dream meanings. This is just for fun.

I do think "our" dreaming has purpose though, and often can help us even if we don't understand it. I often joke that I do my best problem solving when I'm asleep.

My second best, would be in the shower, happens all the time!

I love the Baclofen & the neurontin, it gives me the ability to lead a close to pain free life.
I have 90-95% use of my hands with only minimal loss of use in my left thumb & index finger.
I drop things when over working myself, so that is when Charlie comes into play. The only thing she hates is picking up the cell phone when it is on vibrate.

so no dreaming going on over here, but the best sleep ever!  lol~

Your brain never sleeps, but it needs to relax.
Dreams are your brain unwinding.

If you find meaning in that so be it.
If someone else finds meaning in your dreams, stop sharing your dreams with them.

Personally I enjoy dreams no matter what they are, even bad ones.
If you do not dream you will not have good health mentally or physically.

Awe, come on Moons, give me one of yours to work on. You surely aren't afraid I'll discover all your secrets, it is just for F. U. N.

LOL

@ moons,   I have spoken to many about these meds, Baclofen is stronger then valium to stop the muscle spasm, trust me it works, it is awesome! Neurontin is for nerve pain, again a great med. When you take these two meds together you get knocked off your bum & have the best sleep ever.   This will be a life time of taking these & the dose will only go up in time as my body gets use to it. I have been on it since last month and it gives me a pain free life I have not known since 2009. I would rather wake up pain free then to dream if that what it means anything. My dreams in the past were of my childhood, good & bad. I do remember the no faced lady in a dream.... but as I grew it stayed in my childhood and I never had it again as a teen or an adult   LOL

this is interesting....wonder how much of it will actually come true...

when i was a kid i had nightmares of my teeth falling out, like i am pushing them out of my mouth and they are all falling into my hands...almost 20 years later when we sold our house and moved i had the same dream...felt weird like being back to the childhood and having the sensation of  a panic but with enough sense to realize it was a dream.

Ok, if you want the interpretation of the No Face Lady dream, you need to give me your emotional response to her... were you afraid, did she feel evil, something like that?  Was the No Face "feeling" more like a disguise or something like a veil, or hood, to keep the face hidden? Or, any emotion you remember...

Bee,
It's not that I hide secrets, dreams can sometimes be very personal, they belong to you and you alone.
Sharing your dreams is up to you, I have done so a time or two.
It involves an element of trust and does include some risk.

I will tell you I learned some years back how to manipulate my dreams, I can start a specific dream by planting a seed of it in my mind.
I learned to solve problems in a dream in a similar manner like falling.
Especially when you have a reoccurring dream.

You work out the details in your conscious state and plant the solution in your mind before you dream.

Sometimes I would rather dream than wake and force the dream.

Of late as I've grown older I find it is harder to remember the dream once I wake and feel a great loss at times.

All dreams start from a seed planted by reality in our conscious state, the mind uses these seeds to resolve it's own issues.
When you want to find the meaning of a dream you have only to look at your conscious reality to see the links.
Your mind does not make things up, it is all rooted in your conscious reality.

Anything you say can and will be used against you, there is a ring of truth in those words, a fact, not just paranoia.
And seeds can easily be planted by another, this too is fact.

Some people enjoy messing with the minds of others as I'm sure you already know.

Sweet dreams everyone,
Moons.

Moons, I actually agree with most of what you wrote. LOL

LadyFrost,

Hmmmmmm, the teeth thing.... well I think you ought to know that Freud said something about that, but that's not what we're going to consider here.

TEETH

If you dream your teeth are loose or actually lose a tooth prepare for bad news and crushing burdens.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but since this dream is long past gone, now you are forewarned if it recurrs in the future. And I've had that dream before...not recently, but I remember it was horrible!

oregontnt,
I know what long term constant pain is like, I too have used pain killers, but only the old fashion ones.
Even though they can become addictive, some, not all.

Some of todays drugs actually do shut down the brain, I do not use them, I do not trust them.

There are ways to teach yourself to overlook the pain, tolerate it, live with it for lack of a better word.

Physical therapy helped my pains more than anything else, yet I still grab a pain killer sometimes.
A little herb from time to time is also helpful, that's why it is still illegal in most places.

We cant have people using a natural substance that the drug companies cannot control, or can we?

Anyway,
you may still be dreaming and just not be able to recall it once you wake, or your meds might actually be shutting down your brain that much.
Either way, you choose what's best for you, it's no one else's choice.

Moons.
