Those of you who use yogurt what kind do you buy without sugars added? I really don't want my dogs to have sugar. Every one I read has added sugar even the greek yogurt?? Thanks in advance. Nan

Yogurt... great topic...
The fact is... yogurt is so good for you and your dog... there is nothing like it.
Also if your dog has loose stools Use a little pinch of fresh ginger root.
One time and he./she is back to normal.
Those are the 2 things best for digestive systems.
Invest your hard earned money in a Walmart yogurt maker. About 30 bucks.
Yogurt...... from the Bulgarian Olympic power lifters. Their food of choice.

I use Horizon Organic Whole Milk Yoghurt for my dogs - www.horizondairy.com/our-products/yogurt/cream-on-top-whole-milk-yogurt-plain
One of our parents dogs can't handle dairy, she gets B-naturals probiotic - www.b-naturals.com/bertes-ultra-probiotic-powder-digestion-aid-1-lb-for-cats-and-dogs-p-16
I also use that probiotic for puppies and any of my other dogs if they get an upset stomach.

This is the yogurt I usually use for my dog, it has a lot of different probiotics. Right now I give the lowfat because he is a pup, but when he is an adult, I will give the non-fat.

Of course it it VERY important to remember to always use unflavoured, unsweetened yogurt. My guy gets a spoonful or 2 with every meal - it makes the kibble into something more substantial and he loves it. It also can't hurt, and improves his poops I find (he has a pretty sensitive stomach).
I do rotate occasionally to other yogurts with different probiotics, and I also use bulgarian style, and goat milk yogurt.
