Lastly Indranil,
You rang me for a donation or advertisement. You said you were registered and you had a lot of trouble in Bengal getting the Club registered but you managed them. I asked you to send me a copy of your registration certificate for me to send you money. I think I am within my rights to ask this.

Mr.Mathew,
I shall definitely let you know my e-mail id but if you remember correctly I had only ask for your participation,yes you did help me with an advertisement last time and our chapter is grateful for that to you.The last message you have posted is deregatory in nature and of bad taste,I too give advertisements and donations to the other chapters what is so great and special about it?If you trying to belittle me infront of the fellow enthusists then it is totally upto you it will only reflect ones real character.

What is deregatory.... asking for your registration certificate? Is it in bad taste? You said you were registered... so whats the problem? I am not belittling you in front of enthusiasts... I am reporting what you said... not what you did not say.

I have already sent my club's registration certificate to GSDCI since the question had been raised,I too am waiting eagerly for a copy your club's registration then I shall definitely send ours.Just to remind you that you are just my counterpart not an authority that I will have to oblige you by sending our chapter's document.This is to reiterate I had only requested for your participation and kind patronage and you had only written that once you receive the certificate from my side then only you will send me MONEY.Did I ever ask for any kind of donation or advertisement from you Mr.Mathew during our conversation?I felt it was of bad taste.You are senior to me in every aspect and I shall never use any word which is deregatory in nature and I expect the same from you Sir.

Dearest Ajith, your fight for the truth is commendable. A copy of the AGM minutes was made available for scrutiny and the contents really devastated the whole lot of us. It is unimmaginable that these very people who have for several years propogated their lofty ideals have fallen terribly short on the working front. This is highly unfortunate with the VP himself stating on record that the show was fixed, further the ad hoc committee was never authorised to conduct shows, then who has authorised them.
These officials have worked against the cause of the GSD, it is detrimental to the dog game in general.
Now even the common layman will obviously raise objections on any show result, however transparent the process as this fact is open in black and white.
Several parties were interested in forming a Chapter in the PCMC area that is a suburb on the outskirts of Pune among them was a group from Pune who were the first to apply, several weeks later a certain group who were active from PCMC were summoned by the Secy who openly wasn't in favour of the Pune group, he asked two from the PCMC group to form a club and apply. One of the two from the PCMC club did not like the proposal, and objected. The entire PCMC group was discarded including senior breeders/exhibitors, except the one in the Secy's favour who submitted a predated application, the club was handed over to the lackey on the basis of applying first, who along with relatives of local politicians and other uninterested members is holding on to a dysfunctional club that did not hold a show since it's inception ie 2yrs. Such are the activities of the Secy. These activities must be curbed at the earliest.
It is to be noted that most of the exhibitors from PCMC have boycotted all shows featuring the Secy.

I am really wondering,what language Azim wrote the letter to the MC.This can be a big joke of the GSDCI .I think we must uplode that letter for the people to read?Guruprasad we all know him,what he's up to.The man who has been saked from the KCI of misusing the pedigree papar and he's the GSDCI"s precident can anyone believe this?

O.K. friends we read all your comments. we all know what went wrong in pune show., Without consulting the clubs who were hosting the show gsdci changed the judge for their benifit . Now please let us discuss how to change the game and change the old committe. please let us know who are all the people (real gsd lovers) who are actively involved in the game and can bring changes and do some thing good for the game.

Dear Mr.Indranil,
Having gone thru your post i would like to clear some misconceptions you have about the club and its legal status.
1.At the last AGM the committee resigned for their action and a NEW body with a different name was to be appllied for..
This itself clearly states that the old body ceases to be in existance from that point.
Also the adhoc committee cannot register the new body as it falls short of the numbers needed to do so nor are they in a legal position to do so.
2.Secondly to register an new body they have to call an meeting of all the members and elect the committee by show of hands on the floor of the house and then proceed with the registration.
All of this has to be done under the NEW name!
They cannot call for an election in the old format and make themselves committee members in the new format. Its legally NOT right.
3.As far as the chapters holding the shows should be aware that ANYONE can bring in a stay order against the show if they are not an registered body.
It doesnt matter if the KCI or the SV has granted them any permissions.
This doesnt amount to a threat but a harsh reality that exist and sooner we take it into consideration the better.we have an example of that in very recent time!
4. As far as this whole issue being discussed in a public forum is concerned -- why dont you look at it in this way when a person or persons fail to get anywhere in their fight for the just have always gone to the public for justice we have many cases in the recent past where it has been done so.e.g.Jessica lal case
5.Just because some wrong was being practised doesnt mean it has to be continued.
The chapters should take legal opinions and advice from their auditors as to the legality of sending maintainence fees etc to an body which is NOT registered in the eyes of law.
We are handling public funds here please bear that in mind!
Even the smallest SARVAJANIK GANAPATY MANDALS issue an receipt with their registration no clearly mentioned on the receipt before they collect any donations or contributions in MAHARASHTRA under which the now non existant club falls.
6.lastly why is it that the last committee changed to the judges and then refused to give any plausible explanations for their actions.I being a part of the organising club inspite of asking for the same never did get one!
Do you think its right for these very persons to stand again and run a club which they have KNOWINGLY pushed into this mess and brought disrepute to our country.
The chapters should think are we ready to be governed by persons who are BANNED FOR LIFE by our parent body!! or are we continue to be governed by person who was invovled in the SHOW FIXING SAGA in our last sieger show!
Or we should just forget all of this and continue holding Shows and NOT be ready to wipe the slate clean and start afresh!!
Mr.Indranil - i am Not ready to bow down just for the sake of ONE show i want be around to do 100 more shows in an systematic ,just and transparent manner!! and that is what me ,ajit and lot of genunine GSD fanciers are fighting for...to join or not join is entirely your choice!!
but we will welcome you in the better INDIAN GSD WORLD thats a promise....
