Nope, still stickin' to # 4. Due process is one thing, but you need # 4 because 14 says nothing about unreasonable search and seizures.
Now, the case posted originally I do not think was unreasonable, all I'm doing is being alert for abuse of it.
I know of a case where an Air Force servicewoman (9 years in the AF), married her female partner in Iowa, where gay marriage is legal. Unfortunately her partner stole something, police got a warrant for the partner based on the theft. Came and arrested same. Went through the house, found the marriage certificate, knew the innocent partner (no warrant for her, as she'd done nothing illegal) was Air Force. Immediately ratted her out to the Air Force and out she goes - discharged in January. After 9 years of serving her country.

We can fix this all ya know. Because all of these unconstitutional amendments were never (NEVER) adopted and or presented to the Pennsylvania State House via a Constitutional Convention. In other words, to this day, the original founding documents .. original US Constitution, original Bill of Rights and the Declaration are the only legal Laws of the Land.
Amazing isn't it. How could that have possibly happened? LOL
As much shit as this country and it's people been through traitor wise and suffering over the many decades ... noone (not one ism traitor) has ever had the BALLS to present this unconstitutional shit at a Constitutional Convention at the Pennsylvania State House. Do you know how criminal that is ?
Kinda makes ya go hummm

I know. Bush was a constitutional disaster for this country.
But this is not a political board, it's a dog board, so we both should go elsewhere to discuss this.

stop telling people what they can talk about.
As for cops.............................................. Tell it to the hand.
Try saying no to a man with a gun who has the support of the system.
You could always choose to die for your beliefs, right there at the door.
Moons.
