that video makes me laugh, the only way to fix that is collar condition the dog for a three action drill and apply the move away command to gain dominion over the bowl not keep sticking a hand in there..the only way I know of anyway.anyhow I'm getting exasperated with the board again so I'll leave the training advice to you guys..and don't bother with the mean comments cause you know I won't come back to read them..I'm very cranky today can you tell!

As V M says why torment the dog that is what is being done in that video and making the dog worse
To put it mildly if the Dog was trained differently as a pup the occasion would not arise
As i said i have no problem taking food out of 12 month old Izzy's bowl when her head it in it eating but i give her the food right back via my hand also with 3 years old Goran just the same, They were trained that way as puppies
THere is no arguing just a friendly discussion, That is how i trained every Pup i have ever owned and as i said i have never owned ant dog only as a puppy and bought them on from there some just as pets some to do sheep herding competitions and a couple for guide dogs but all treated the same regards there food, It makes for a good bond between Dog and Owner
