"Thanks Keith! I was thinking maybe since she is a growing puppy maybe I should feed her puppy food, 3 cups, 3 times a day hahaha!! "
I would recommend 3 double downs 3 times a day; that's what Ronnie is feeding the dinklets and they look fat and sassy!

Stacy, she is adorable, love that sassy look. She is just right. Funny thing....I'm fat, my dog is trim. Everyone else in our club is trim but they all have fat dogs. We will be having a helper seminar and the gentleman who will be presenting it is notorious for telling you that your dog is fat. Often with a jab in your own fat ribs. I've been to one of his seminars and have visited with him a couple of times but he hasn't ever seen my dog. Should be interesting...I'm sure he is expecting a fat dog to go along with the fat lady. LOL
And no way in hell did that poor woman's dog die from fasting. I find it hard to believe she set the air at 80! I know how miserable I am at that temp and I don't wear a fur coat. I think the building owner is responsible altho I'm sure it was just a tragic accident. How horrible to lose a best friend and go to jail for it. Shameful.

None of the dogs posted here are "skinny". Most dogs are too fat. If you cannot see the faint outline of the last rib, if the dog has no waistline.....then it is fat. I would say that 99.9% of all dogs who I see are too fat. Nice photos and good looking dogs.......

Hey Deb,
I overheard a man and woman at work make a comment behind another customer's back that was overweight. Her dog looked awesme, trim and fit. The comment was something like "she should share some of her food with her dog." I don't often say anything to ignorant (and rude!) people but since I was off the clock and not in my work clothes I told them " her dog is actually at a healthy weight. It will probably live a longer than an obese dog" and poinedly looked at their hog-fat dog. At least they looked ashamed, whether they were or not I'll never know because I walked away.
No, I would put my life on the line that the dog that supposedly didn't eat for 24 hours died from that. I have been told not to feed my dogs before or directly after training, So on days they have training it goes close to 24 hours (I feed twice a day) Since Lina isn't old enough for vigorous training she has never skipped a meal, but I am still surprised what the general public thinks is a "healthy" weight for dogs.
Thanks for the compliments Hodie. I agree, most of the dogs I groom are FAT.

Hi Stacy
Yes, Como was as you Guys say over there 'AWESOME' a strong competition and very tough Judges which it should be,
Ronny came over afterwards to have a few words and he was very happy with Como,
Yes, i was a happy but tired Felow the day lasted for me from getting up to leave to getting home to going to bed 19 hours, but very much an enjoyable day, Now for the Belgian Nationals and hopefully Selection to Sevilla, but thats a way off yet
