Jenni, I would take you up on some of that Elk tripe, but I don't have freezer room.
But, I noticed that you are located close to Ottawa! A few generations of my family lived there since the turn of the 20th century. - a few years after they got off the boat. ;-) We moved away when I was young...Most everyone moved away or have passed on now though....

Yeah, I'm about 10 mins from Ottawa. I'm not from here, but I like it here. People mind their own business for the most part.
