Good luck to you, bazza.  I hope that you continue to do well, even if it is only in your own mind.  I pray that you get the satisfaction out of loving your dogs that the rest of us ameteurs do, and I hope that someday, success isn't measured by dogs you hide from your fellow board members.  At least we have the guts to post pics and ask for opinions.  We don't figure that we know it all.

Whoa Bazza. You can drop the holier-than-thou. There are PLENTY of people here who DO show their dogs, who DO have titled, koered breeding stock who are also members of our family...and yet we can all get by without being nasty. If I see a dog who is blatantly pet quality, no, I will not blow smoke up their behind that they have the next top VA dog...but I politely and quietly pass the thread up. It's easy.

Is this a V dog? No. But have YOU seen him work, bazza? What if the dog had BSP quality drives? Would he be worthy then? Less worthy than the flashy VAs who can barely hold on to a sleeve on their club grounds? Less worthy than the dogs from that UK documentary who looked as crippled as the American show type? Less worthy than Klodo v Boxberg, who he does indeed resemble?

I am all for only breed quality dogs being bred, but the OP said NOTHING about breeding, showing...anything. No need to be such a snob. If you truly are a judge, no wonder you use an anonymous moniker. With that kind of attitude, you would have been reported by now to your governing body for whom you supposedly judge for.

Funny you mentioned Raymond in another thread, seems the two of you should get along swimminly!  Both self righteous, full of yourselves and full of something else! 

I'm afraid I did not see any correlation between any "harley" and this poster. I do not have the time to frequent every thread on this board.  Either way, I'd rather spend my time educating those who seek it than having conniptions.

I still haven't seen a link to your club, or to your kennel website, so we can see your achievements.  I for one would like to see these perfect drive, perfect conformation dogs you allude to having, like to see the pedigrees of absolute perfection.

Of course, I don't imagine they exist, since even the VA dogs aren't even perfect.  No dog has the perfect combination of drive, conformation, and temperament, along with everything else that makes a GSD what it is.  As for show quality, which world do you partake of?  Is it American Show, German SV conformation, or what?  Do you do Schutzhund with your dogs, or any of the other disciplines?

I'm not trying to call you out, but the name bazza means nothing, just as anonymous as can be, and most of your posts are just not very nice. You say you won't sugar coat your opinions of someone's posted pics.  Well, you shouldn't, but you could take KCzaja's approach, and ignore the threads, or you could be a little nicer.  So a person posts a pic that's not up to Seiger Show professional standards, and wants an opinion.  You could simply say that the picture quality is such that it does not allow you to make an honest assessment, or something of that nature.  There's no call for "SACK THE HANDLER, THE PICTURE IS ATROCIOUS, IT DOES NOTHING (I HOPE) FOR THIS DOG!!!!!!"  If you don't call that nasty, then I don't know what is.  Apparently someone who was "in the know" didn't think such a picture was so bad, since Klodo's looks just like it.  I guess it's just a case of perception.  Your perception would seem to be more to the modern ski-slope stack, which is your prerogative.
