We had a few issues like no vaccinations, the Amish dont do shots. So, She had to have a rabies etc, she was a little wormy, had a left ear infection and mites. Her coat is dull and she is shedding like mad!! She is double Microchipped. One by me before sale and she has an AVID chip... I am not sure how to change that information. Other then that, she is chipper, very well socialized, great with kids and animals especially cows and horses. She is learning her name well... And I am in the process of switching her from a grain elevator feed to raw...she loves to play ball and is nuts for rags I have on the end of a buggy whip.... She is doing really well I think... I'll have to post more pictures. If I didnt have an Alpha female in the house (my PPD Una) I'd let her in to stay also.... :). I am a sucker.

What I do not understand is why she would give this dog for free to someone and not give her back to you.
The exact same thing happened to my Brazen. He lived across the street in the house I sold his buyer, who never finished paying for him and "disposed" of him without so much as telling me. I never found the dog. :-((((
I hope that bible-toting, scripture-spouting SOB rots in hell for it. We don't have small claims court in PA. It would cost me a fortune to get a judgement against the asshole and my attorney tells me I still wouldn't get the dog back, or even the balance due, as it would never be enforced in this ridiculous jurisdiction. He already has so many judgements against him one more won't make a scrap of difference.
By the way, this man's name is CLEVELAND TYSON. He is a reasonably accomplished helper/trainer. Every time I see him drive by here I have to resist the temptation to pull out my new Savage 270 and blast away.

You know I just got very lucky. I really dont know why she didnt return the dog to me. She argues that she tried. That is just false, She lives only miles from me and I have two cell numbers with voicemail and a home # with call waiting, ID, Answering machine and voicemail... there is absolutely no reason at all... To spite me perhaps. Just like she said I couldnt have her back because she had hundreds of dollars of training on her. She pawned that pup off at 12 weeks maybe?? I believe what the Amish man told me...
It is really too bad about your dog. The justice system here is not very "just" either and If I were to let it lie it would be swept under the rug as well. They hate me up at the court house... LOL I have been dubbed pushy, and demanding. I figure the worst that can happen is I go to jail for something, right?? LOL I'm kidding... I have the dog back, now all I want is my costs. I'd just let it go now but it's the principle. I dont want this lady to think she won ANYTHING. There is a lesson for her to learn here even if she only applies it to me. I will not let her get away with doing this to me... Maybe thats the wrong way to think, I dont know but hey...

Shannan, what I would do now if you can is try to get a hold of the other people that have had problems with her and get a notarized letter from all of them to take to court unless they can all show up in person for you. She needs to be stopped so other people don't have the same roller coaster ride that you are still going through. I hope the judge finally does something to her so she won't be able to do it to anyone else. All of her lies will also catch up to her. What comes around goes around and it's only a matter of time for it to catch up to Lisa.
