Bob, I train to fight.  Get yourself in shape first, and get back to me in a month.

You can gladly spar with me anytime.  Only thing is after 90 seconds, youll gas & Ill likely break your arms. One first, then the next.   Or legs for that matter. I can hyperextend either one at will.  We'll clinch, I'll take you down and you're done. 

I train with some of  the best in the world.. You dont.  Youre a keyboard fag.  I have to much time on my hands but I train very hard.  

You also lack self control.  Yes, I come here to get others to think.   If one opens their mind a little, thats good. You take my messages much too seriously.   PM in a few weeks, I'll meet you at the gym.   We have a cage there. You wont be able to run away,  but I assure you that youll cry like a little girl when Im done with you.
