My apologies! No need to argue. I should have used a different country to illustrate my point. Yes I do know that there is a team placement. I do believe that the US has faired well as of late. I shouldn't have taken my irritation out on you, but the people that are not pleased with the US standings this year.

Thanks, Don. I really appreciate that! No need to argue.
I am a "displaced" German here, but would have liked to see my team (U.S.!!) place higher. And you are right: There is always next year.
But since the U.S. did not fare well, I am happy for my old homeland!

Here is a great list, with links to the participating dogs' pedigrees!
I crosspost this from a German forum, since we received permission to use it! Danke, Holger!

As all good Germans know...you never cry in your beer...You just keep drinking it all night long...And I do think that the US has made great strides in producing some nice dogs...but we still have a ways to catch up...and that is we truly need great females...and I have now found at least a few people who agree with me...and the other thing is that the US has produced some very nice dogs...but with all the dogs produced we must not foget that we need to have handers and trainers to bring these dogs along or they'll just be another puppy...Whenever I travel to Europe looking for good dogs...I am always looking for good females...maybe I don't need one...but if you find one...you'd better snatch her up 'cause they're far and few between... like I said before...I can find a good stud anywhere and at anytime...as long as I pay for the stud fee...but good females are like a jewel and must be cherished...

P.S. This is what my wife tells me too...!

Bob,
you are alright in my book, just for your last remark. Listen to your wife, she is a wise woman.

Bob O - wise words. Looks like there are a few very select good females in the US - littermate to Hasko Mohnwiese owned by Schutzhund Sport Dogs Inc, and above Kougars female, littermate to Bubba/Ufo dtr, also 2 littermates to Zidane Leefdaalhof, one is Worth Watch these females, what are they bred to, and where do their pups go? Seems like anyone looking for sport prospect should look to these females instead of bringing over last pick pups from Europe from lesser females if these are bred wisely. Haska had Tyson litter. One Ufo female had Gringo and Zender litters, the (untitled?) Zidane L littermate had Zidane Haus Sevens litters. Nice females and good breedings.

I think it is important to note that Deleta Jones who finished 32nd in the worlds and had the 2nd highest score on the US team competed with her HOT BRED dog. She is not only the handler owner trainer but breeder as well. This is her first trip to the worlds and I think she did great. Way to go Deleta. Congratulations to you and Ello.
Ello is the great grandson of V-BSP 1987, SCHH3, FH Fero, 1991 BSP SIEGER, 2 X V BSP, SCHH3, FH V Brix vom Kapfwald and 4X BSP V Cliff vom Hühnegrab.
Silbersee thanks for the great pdf file. Will save me a ton of time. I had looked up a lot of them but it was tedious going.

I second that!
Deleta, I don't know you but I have to say congratulations to such a success. To breed, raise, train and title such a dog and then get to show him successfully at the World Championship is an accomplishment most of us can only dream of.
With utmost respect,
Chris
VKFGSD, thanks for letting us know! And you are welcome regarding the file. Holger from the German board (schaeferhund.net) posted it and mentioned that he has no problem with its distribution as needed.
Also, I found a video clip of the protection routine of Pierre's dog. Nice work!
