So many times looking at an issue with fresh eyes makes a big difference.  I don't know how many times the lightbulb has gone off in my head just from seeing something from a different angle, especially on this board.

I do not like doggy parks for a number of reasons, however, last week we went to one and watched from outside. The many dogs that were playing, running, and interacting would periodically come to the fence to see him. Innitially he would show some aggression but after awhile you could see the puppy come out of him. His contenence changed and he seemed more interrested in playing then fighting. I did not want to push my luck but he did seem to start to see these dogs as something that represented fun and not something to dominate.
I know that the OB will put him under my control and not his, however I know it will not eliminate his desire to dominate every dog he sees. My hopes are to eliminate this problem as much as is possible. I guess Langhaar's point is also something I want to incorperate. Thanks again
