The statue is of Chip the police dog, killed in the line of duty a few years ago in Hope, BC, Canada.  It is a

wood carving.  We attended a herding camp up there last year.

That is very neat  and respectful! to not only the K-9 but to his handler. More should be done for our fallen K-9s

Thanks for sharing the pictures, your girl looks very happy

YellowRose-  Your dogs are absolutely breathtaking.  I was trying to figure out which one I thought was my favorite but then you posted another picture of one just as pretty. lol  I told my trainer (who's a working line all they way guy) lol  that I thought I wanted a showline one day and he said to me very sarcastically "what for?"  I said because they're beautiful and he said "yhea so, who cares what they look like as long as they can work"  At that point I figured there was no use in talking about it anymore, but I will have a showline one day; probably for my oldest daughter to start working with since she said she's wanting to do obedience, some agility maybe and she wants to "show she has the prettiest dog in the ring" lol  She watches too much Westminster and Eukanuba Dog Shows if you ask me. lol

But these are not showlline dogs   these are working dogs.with some show lines stuck into them along the way   only hard working showlines.........Steffen Haus and Uran Wildstergerland.......Busecker Schloss are know for big heads and big necks......

Thanks    I take pride in working to the ultimate...if these dogs were not hard and driven , I wouldnt have them....Ill post Bear   he is my bowl in the mouth    Korbelbach boy    has Uran Wildsteigerland on top side     and Lava K on bottom.....I cant use him for breeding unless it is for sport...only ...people take one look at him and say   oh no,,,,we dont want a pup out of that high a drive boy.....no no no......to watch him work is a side of heaven      Adrian Ledda worked him one day about 6 months ago and I was so proud of him.......

Whatever they've got in them makes no difference to me; I still think they're gorgeous and I still want one. lol  I'm sure I can find one that looks as good as yours and can work too right??  Then again if it's gonna be for my 10 year old daughter I hardly think I need the hardness.
