I hope she is able to recover quickly so she can be reunited with her family...  How is Axel doing ?   Will the rehab fac. allow him to come visit with her ?   Sometimes that is some of the BEST medicine for healing.  Poor girl.  I can't imagine what she must be going through,  But sounds as though she knows there are many people pulling and praying for her speedy recovery and return.

This is Suzanne Eviston.

I happened upon this thread  this morning and it brought tears to my ears.  I am truly thankful for all the prayers and well wishes that have come our  way. This event has been a struggle for Axle and I but we hope to recover soon and be back on the road with a full recovery.

Axle and I both have external fixators, mine on my broken pelvis, his on his broken leg. Thank God our injuries are recoverable so that we can both work again. I hope to be out of the hospital in about a month so Axle and I can start working together on our conditioning. We were getting ready to finsih off his sport titles since he is getting up there in age.

I feel very fortunate to have the support from t he dog community that I see and appreciate the continued prayers for our recovery . I have a difficult time believing we walked away from this serious injury collision, and have no doubt that faith brought us through it.

Thanks again and God bless!

Suzanne:  Thank you for serving mankind (thank Axle too).  Get well soon and hope you are back to work soon.  Take this time off from work you have, to smell the roses and enjoy family.  When you go back to work, you will be seeing the lesser side of humanity again.  But, there is a silver lining in every dark cloud.

With the way humans are, you have job security for sure.

Best wishes and prayers for a speed recovery. We never realize how much of an impact we have on life until our friends, acquaintences and total strangers ralley around us.

You are truly bessed!

God bless you and Axl
