 .To try and change the breed as a hole can not be done because i can take a male and female to mate do all the vitals hips ,titles make sure good strong dogs no nerve problems and on and on .But then the pups arrive super structure lovely drives strong nerves everthing we should be looking for in any gsd .Then I sell them what happenes when the new owner does not put the same effort in to makeing sure he gets the best mate to pair with his dog we are back to square one inferior breed.When you buy a dog to breed you have a long time to to find the right mate put the effort in to make sure your not going to damage the line OR YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BREEDING  

Yep, most people HAVE NO BUSINESS BREEDING.
That´s my personal pet peeve - people breeding for pets, but claiming they are working dog breeders ...

OR breeders could breed only when theyhave the room and want dogs themselves and keep all the pups.

That would not work keeping all pups life span of a gsd 12 to 14 years mayby 9 pups 2 adult thats a puppy mill to me .dogs would never get time training love the deserve .I do agree with only breeding when you have room so your not rushing pups out the door .It cant be  all about the money .Theirs a  breeder here in Ireland one of many. One of the best males gsd i have ever seen very solid dog all round big black male and he will put that dog up on any female no matter what once the moneys is their .Cant stand him doing this. Many a ruin in with him like talking to the wall .When you have that to deal with u can see why their is so many dog that dont reach any stanard

see the same here, guys import a dog they think is the most markettable, breed it to whoever and whatever walks thru the gate with a service fee, the dogs reputaion is ruined 2 years later by all the crap puppies, no matter - time to import another and do it again and again and again...

That crap is going on eveywhere. know loyalty to the breed money hungry.Not saying i do everthing right but i do the best i can to honour the dogs i say i am going to breed . i have pups at moment spent along time waiting for father im getting everything i wanted and more .Going to keep a male and female because i want to see how they turn out then ill know for sure weather this male and female should breed again. Hands on only way to be sure you are doing your part 

sounds harsh but most breeders i have met IRL or heard about are simply heartless, individual results will vary.

 you will get that eveyrwherI id like to know who who met that a rough comment. I could make the same comment about any country with no substance but im not going to bite
