After all some pretty knowledgeable folks find value and substance in the article....so where should it be placed? Just curious?

Where was it placed 20 years ago when he wrote it ?
No reason it shouldn't be replicated here on PDB - THAT wasn't the point I was making. It was specifically 'advertising' it as particularly suitable for the uninitiated that I thought was a bit unwise.
And only then because I think it is so poorly and confusingly written and argued.(And translated LOL). Why are you-all trying to make it seem like I am trying to censor it ? I have at no point argued that it ought to be deleted, or anything like that.

I think that Kyle used the term "uninitiated" in a way that has a broader scope than just "newbies" to the breed. The uninitiated would include those unfamiliar with the inner workings and hierarchy of who have influenced and determined the direction of the breed (SV) through personal interpretation of the standard. It really doesn't matter that it was written 20 years ago, except as an interesting fact of history. The quality of the translation is something silly to pick on when the author probably isn't even responsible for that. The point of Kyle, surely lies in the direction that the old dynamics are still in play today and that sure is interesting!
