The son-of-a-bitch even flanked one of the dogs while he was ostensibly 'playing' with the animal in its own house, in order to have the dog drop the ball...really? REALLY? F'in piece of excrement...

Is there any way to warn dog owners about this guy? Many pet buyers look for the fastest and easiest way to train a dog once they realize it's not born obedient. It looks as if he is taking advantage of that weakness in the dog owning public.
