meat hounds are not for everyone, if you want a dog that loves you more than the work there are better choices.

I assumed that as illustrated by your vid, you could ask the GSD to go find the

mutts.  My GSDs have always responded to a 'go find it' command, whether

the target be another  dog, a known person or their ball.

That trot is excellent - xactly why their Standard calls for a 'trotting dog'.

Watching him move along during the video I was struck (yet again, always a

thought that rears its head whenever I watch a gsd trotting)  how little akin that

trot is to what we see in the racing around Breed Rings at Conformation Shows

which is supposed to illustrate 'gaiting'.
