Lucky you, having him so close. My girl is going 5000 miles to get romantic with him, LOL. I think that once more of his puppies reach the age where they can prove themselves, "Pedro" will become even more in demand than he is now. I'm getting a jump on the pack. I believe he has some young offspring who are doing very well, from what I've heard. Have you seen these kiddos work? I'd love to hear about it. Veronica

Just wanted to update this thread. My puppies from this litter are now 1 year old. We have 3 that train at our club and they have actually all turned out super.Very high prey drives, food drive, and very nice grips. The male that I have kept for myself    Archer von Stonehaus http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/519678.html
has just been incredible. He is already showing nice aggression and has powerful full grips. We have just started  obedience with him. I already had my Sit front, sits, and downs imprinting done with him for months and he is very clear in these excercises. The heeling we are doing now is all motivational with a ball or tug and he is moving forward really nice. Things seem to be going almost to good.LOL  He will be a great sport dog. The other two in the club are really nice but don't seem to get out enough to be advancing as quick as my boy. What is funny to me is when some people question why I did this breeding and how suprised they are to see how nice this litter turned out.

Would like other owners of Pedro progeny to chime in on how there pups are doing as well.

I forgot to mention the tracking.Archer has a very deep nose and seems to be tracking at an advanced rate as well.He is already tracking with length.Serpentines were a breeze so we have already started corners which seem not to faze him at all.Dirt or grass he tracks with nice drive and seems to enjoy it.

I don't think there was any real reason to question the breeding other than the usual gossip about high profile dogs.  We have one from my breeding in our club, a very nice, intense bi color pup, with good grips, high prey drive, but also has sense.  I don't know if his owner has done much tracking with him yet, we've had snow on the ground since October, and we still do.  Other people who have Pedro pups out of my Alexa really love them, they are doing super.
