Sunsilver: Oh, I see. I have only seen one extremely shy GSD at the dogpark that the guy traded a xbox for.
Keith: I see why someone would think that. I probably would have badgered him too because I think a GSD with cropped ears like that is not okay.

Sunny, in his defence I would say that this 'maybe-Shiloh' dog in England
has a really nice temperament for everyday purposes, he's pretty laid back
& not a spook. If he has a fault it's that he is VERY choosy about the canine
company he keeps. He was really dog aggressive when we collected him,
but we overcame that after a while, and as long as we were careful not to run
him with any other dog(s) he could bully, he was fine. Obviously not a good
idea to allow him to be a bully, 'cos of his huge size.
Really spooky temperaments over here have notoriously been in the 'Alsatian'
population, not the Germanic one. I think that has improved in more recent times.
