this the ad I saw.... The pups were $800 but he dropped it down to $600 because I drove 3.5 hours for a male pup that he apparently didn't have anymore. It was at midnight when I actually bought the pup you see ar the center of this pic. 


It clearly says Neka on the bottom.

then he puts all the pups back together again as AKC GSDs

then he labels some as malinois and german shepherds 

here is a dog from his malinois meka.... Looks similar to mine...

Should I still think my puppy isn't mixed with malinois? The breeder told me that there must have been a mistake in the ad because the pups were only CKC....Not AKC. 

After looking at this dude's site, i say the guy looks so shady! Ugly ass dogs, puppy miller, Doesn't even know what breed of dog he's offering. Posted a photo of a fat american bulldog of the Johnson type and calls it American Bull Terrior! Seriously! WTF?
I'd run to the nearest dog warden on this scammer. I think the shepherd in the first photo needs an emergency cheese burger!
Sorry this guy took your money. I just hope the dog remains healthy and stable.

At this point if you and the puppy like each other I would let it drop.  GSD or GSD mix the pup looks great and as far as I know his papers say GSD and nobody is going to DNA test him to find out different .. just forget it.  Some dogs in the pups mothers line of record in the pedigree look like the puppy so he could be purebred.  Some of the dogs from his mothers line are light colored sables with dark tips on the guard hairs so he could darken up as he ages and be a sable.  At four months he is just losing his puppy coat and starting to get a new longer coat so give it another 4 months and he may change coat color as he grows and gets a longer coat.  He should have some darker and longer hair coming in along his back at around four months.

I was fine with the puppy until I found the breeder's facebook page... it showed all types of dogs. He offered to take the dog back for my money and said he could sell him with some training until 6 months for $2500 later. I am going to talk to him soon about what we can do to make things right. Do you think its reasonable to ask for a partial refund and still let me keep the dog?

u can always ask...
worst case scenario he says "no".
