It's what's fun about it and what makes you pull your hair out...It can be agonizing and a real pleasure...
If you do your homework you can limit (to a point) the faults...but it seems there's always something that throws you a curve...
It seems the people that study bloodlines know the more you learn the more you understand that you don't know...Here in the U.S. we haven't had Good bloodlines in our country for that long...not long compared to say Germany...But we can learn from others and what works and what doesn't...But we still don't have the "Hands On" that they do in other countries...
There are many facets to breeding... The best thing is for people to discuss openly what each has learned...

This is Cruise from the 2 X 4 on Troll. The litter is in working homes 3 have there Bh,s and working for the 1 and 4 are training in Search and rescue. There just 2 years old on the 4th of April. My female Holly is from one of Q mans breedings. I kept Cruise for myself to work and replace his father Axel who will be 13 in 2 months. Things I like, there all very
strong good bone and showing excellent drives for the work. There very approachable and social. Hips and Elbows are checking out good and no health issues to date. Dislikes There all a little more independent then there parents as with alot of Troll line breedings there is some size differences. I,ve gotten back some input of some challenging issues from a couple of the handlers They tend to push the envelope if given free rein. I,m doing a 2nd breeding this summer.

A 1-1 as in a dog to itself? I know some people you could teach that to, ha ha.

This is a 1-2 I recently conducted, all pups fabulous and healthy. I may do a repeat later, but considering a different 1-2 breeding first.
