A purebred Belgian Malinois from working lines is excellent for bite work, so there is no need to cross breed.
If you are really dead set on cross breeding then cross a Malinois with either a German Shepherd Dog or Dutch Shepherd from working lines. Those cross breedings will be the best. Pitbulls are very hard to manage and crossing one with another breed can often lead to a very hard to train and unpredictable dog. Any dog with strong wolf blood (Czech wolfdog) is going to be hell to train as they are too close to a wild wolf. Wolf dogs are very dangerous and should be handled with extreme care. I'd never have one around other dogs or small children as they can snap very quickly. That is why they stopped breeding GSDs to wolves in the first place, they are too unpredictable. To me a purebred Malinois or GSD from working lines would be the best choice, but it's up to you as you are the one who will be stuck with the dog. With a purebred dog you have a better chance, as you will know what to expect from the dog.
