Thank-you to SitasMom for explaining how to stack a dog in words that a mechanical engineer understands. I showed my husband your post and he said: "Ahhhh! Now I understand what stack means.". :)

Very attractive bitch. A difficult age to offer a good assessment. At this time she appears to be somewhat steep in the croup. This could improve with age. Common to have this issue at this age. Tail set is good. Very experienced trainers in Germany perhaps would work her pulling with a harness in sand or pea rock or just running in a long kennel in such to help straighten her croup (which can work sometimes) if she was going to compete in the showring. The top problem in west german showlines right now is functionally steep croups, either from roach backs or just plain steep croups. hers is mild and may be temporary. Other than that she is very, very attractive and perfect bitch type, not masculine at all. Unless you are planning to show her in top competition, so what is her croup turns out to be a bit steep. There are many V dogs with such that do fine. Best not to get too picky and consider the whole dog. Doing that you have a great looking bitch. If she is healthy be happy. You have a very nice GSD.

I don't think her reach looks restricted at all. Maybe in the second pic, but the first pic she is open at the shoulder. I'd definitely like to see her at a real trot, though, on a loose lead
