LOL SitasMom - I stayed at every Hotel on the bed bugs list the GOP warned about and NOTHING !!! The scum bags lie !! The further away they can get you to stay from the event, they more likely you will NOT MAKE IT !!! They did this to us every straw poll and Hannity had a field day with it.
Why they would be doing this for the DNC is beyond me it's not like Obama has opposition for the nomination. The scum are pathological liars !!

Oh no!!!! Funny thing I got this catalog the other day with all kinds of stuff in it and one thing was this spray bottle that when you go to a hotel or motel you spray the bed etc to get rid of any bedbugs. Now I have seen that extermination program on AP and I don't think a spray would kill them but it makes me nervous cause I know when we go to Colorado next month we will have to get a room. Maybe I should sleep in the van with the puppy................We usually stay at the Hampton Inn-now I know if the higher up places have them then the Hampton Inn can also.................

I take my own sheets, pillow cases, towel, wash cloths and a huge spray bottle of rubbing alcohol mixed with mint leaves just as a precaution. The first thing I do is spray the entire place then go to the lounge for a couple hours. LOL All nice and minty when I return.

Before you get into a hotel bed, pull back the sheets and smell them. If they smell like raspberries, there are bed bugs living there somewhere.
