So in other words, blattent crap spewing. I'm not too worried about court myself, since I don't do this.

Even spewing crap or giving someone a hard time doesn't automatically lead to the big bucks. Let's put it this way: I'm a lawyer and I'm willing to take your money at my usual hourly rate to pursue your dreams of vengeance, if that's what you insist upon doing even after I tell you I don't think you have a strong case and that you'll basically be throwing your money away. But I don't recall seeing anything here that would cause me to take anyone's case on a contingency fee (percentage of judgment awarded) basis - I do like to get paid.

Exactly... Well yeah anybody can hire a lawyer and sue you. Doesn't mean they will win. Lawyers don't work for free.
