Last week my dog did the same thing. Three nights in a row, it was gross because I stepped in the pile of undigested kibble, the first thing in the A.M., totally unsuspecting. He puked on a beige colored rug, about the same color of the puke.
He is just fine now.

Reporting back...no puke last night! Hope we broke the cycle. He had gotten some kibble with chicken noodle soup last night. Approx an hour after I felt his belly through and there were no sensitivities he reacted too or any rebound tension. Thank you for all the hints, I will defenitely keep them in mind.
