hello SS, LOL at Mickey, one of my favorite pics for expression of one's feelings.
The dogs I presented are all from my past, and as Max said (well MainlyMax actually) "it is the only past I have".
I am very willing to present my experience and what I learned about the Am/Can show line. I just prefer to present it through my own dogs and not what others invest much time and finances.
Anyway, best to you, Linedancer and Bazza. We all have our vision and what we consider correct. It will never be the same for all.
Rik
I just wanted to make it clear that my posts in this thread have nothing to do with the fact the dog comes from Canada. It was your rudeness to Linedancer that got my dander up. I don't care what your history is with the OP. There is NO EXCUSE for the things you said about her dog!
Oh Yes I have seen a picture and all I can say is he is exactly as I describe, but you will NEVER see it. I can only hope he is very different in the flesh, as I do not normally like to go by a picture. But judging by the number of Emails I have had confirming what I have described, my hope is wasted. The dogs from the kennel are all the same too, one in particular had me gasping in disbelief, I was actually speechless,( not normal for me, ) reading that website. Will you be health screening this import BEFORE using him at stud this time? Will he be going for a breed survey, working titles, breed shows, haemo testing, PD, AF, JRD etc, etc, ANYTHING AT ALL? Please enjoy your dogs by all means, as PETS ONLY!!!
Thank you Miss beeb. Sunsilver and there's an excuse for your rudeness to all those many owners dogs you slate in your many, many many many, pictures contained in YOUR UGLY DOG FILE????? I'm sorry if you find my truthfulness rude, may I politely suggest you try not to read it if you find it so upsetting?
You really seem to have such a BIG CHIP on your shoulders you really need help and i don't need to BULL S... any body, my dog has OFA EXCELLENT Hips ELBOWS 0-1 and no i am not having hip scored here .
Linedancer
Well that's a novelty having hips and elbows done, anything else in the pipe line before that small draconian group known as the UK Alsatianists start clambering for studs? NO? Thought not. No chip or chips here, lol.
Oops, sorry folks forgot the UK KC had finally decided to drop the name Alsatian, what do you call them now??? lol.
Don't really want to be seen agreeing with bazza, cos I am not keen on appeasers.
But have to admit for once he's got it absolutely correct, though having had the misfortune to have entered a class at a show that linedancer entered,( how was I to know the judge was her mate lol )I can say allegedly that she prefers dogs whose ar*e scraps the ground-but hey we all know these are not correct GSD's and now the word alsation has been dropped can anyone come up with a breed name for these types?
Looked at the web site---cheaply priced dogs for such a "reputation". No comment on their appearance.
Pencil are you bringing that up again like i said before name the show and the judge you could'nt before or would'nt so put up or shut up it's like a broken record.
He will be having some healths tests when i feel he has had time to settle in.
Linedancer
QQturner i can assure you my dog was not cheap i do agree with you this breeder does seem to sell some of her stock off cheap ,i am just happy to get my dog here.Linedancer
